3. Service Limitations

3.1 Recovery Guarantee

While we use our best efforts and professional techniques, we cannot guarantee successful recovery of all water-damaged devices. Recovery success depends on various factors including the extent of damage, timing of service, and device condition.

3.2 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices for repair.

3.3 Device Condition

We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that are:

  • Stolen or reported as stolen
  • Damaged beyond reasonable repair
  • Containing illegal content or materials
  • Posing safety risks to our technicians

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Service fees are based on the type of service required and device condition. We provide upfront estimates before beginning work, but final costs may vary based on actual repair requirements.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards

4.3 No Recovery, No Fee

For certain services, we offer a "No Recovery, No Fee" policy. This means if we cannot successfully recover your device, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. Diagnostic fees may still apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up data before submitting devices for repair
  • Removing personal data and passwords if requested
  • Picking up devices within 30 days of completion

6. Warranty and Liability

7. Device Storage and Collection

7.1 Storage Period

We will store completed devices for 30 days after completion. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of uncollected devices.

7.2 Collection Requirements

Devices can only be collected by the person who submitted them or with written authorization. Valid identification may be required.

8. Insurance Claims

We can assist with insurance claims by providing:

  • Professional damage assessments
  • Detailed repair reports
  • Photographic evidence
  • Cost estimates and justifications

However, we are not responsible for insurance claim outcomes or decisions made by insurance companies.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Intellectual Property
